parcel must have reached you within one week after this message.
If not, please contact us, either on phone or by e-mail.
In case the parcel is received in such a damaged condition, that the possibility
is there that its contents are damaged as well, we seriously urge you: do
not open the parcel. Instead report the damage to the carrier and inform
us immediately, upon which we will contact our insurance company to report the
damage.
